About me
Hi there!
I’m Kev, a product designer with over four years of experience shepherding ideas from the drawing board to reality. My path to design has been anything but linear—I've been an English teacher, a grad student, a legislative analyst, and even a government budget supervisor. These varied roles have shaped my approach to design, equipping me with a broad palette of skills: clear and compelling communication, a sharp eye for problem-solving, and an ability to keep even the most complex projects on track. Each experience has added a layer of depth and nuance to how I craft designs—always thoughtful, always with the user in mind.
I believe design, at its best, should slip beneath the surface, quietly supporting the user without calling attention to itself. Simplicity that feels inevitable. I’m a firm believer in the power of collaboration—there’s a certain magic that happens when ideas converge, and I find joy in teasing out those subtle details that elevate a product from functional to intuitive.
When I’m not immersed in the world of design, you’ll find me navigating the early days of fatherhood—a journey as thrilling and unpredictable as any project I’ve taken on. I’ve also developed a bit of an obsession with cycling, and when I’m not on two wheels, I’m likely catching up on the NBA or the latest in professional cycling.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. Feel free to reach out via LinkedIn or drop me an email!
