Product Design - Passenger Entertainment

Crafting the Future of Passenger Entertainment for Cadillac

As a Product Designer at General Motors, I worked on designing and developing the user experience for the front and rear passenger displays for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ. My work included:

  • Creating wireframes, production-ready visual assets, specifications, and end-to-end design solutions for streaming apps, screen sharing, vehicle info, and system UI.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams integrating third-party products.

  • Partnering with product management, engineering, UX research, and tech writers to define product features.

  • Developing design solutions that balanced customer needs, business goals, and technology constraints.

  • Working with global engineering teams to clarify UX behavior on edge cases and defects.

  • Iterating on user experiences, prioritizing enhancements and safety.

  • Presenting designs to stakeholders and influencing roadmaps for ongoing improvements.
